How it works
The virtual meetings are meetings taking place through a video communication tool, with participants attending them remotely.
1. B2Bmeetings
The B2B platform allows to make your registration online.
With this platform you can:
- See other expert profiles that will be present at the event.
- Request & Accept B2B meetings.
- Confirm your participation to plenary sessions.
a. To register:
Click on the button « Registration » on the right hand corner,
- Fill-in the registration form,
- Indicate your personal details, availabilities for B2B meetings, information about your organization highlighting your needs and offers.
b. How can I chose my B2B meetings?
- You will be informed by email when you can start booking bilateral meetings.
- Check which cooperation profiles (via Marketplace or Participants list) are most promising.
- When accessing the participant's profile, click on the Meet Online button, under the profile photo.
- Send meetings requests to selected participants of your choice.
- After the meeting has been requested, the information about it will be displayed under the profile photo and in Meetings: the date and the time of the meeting, if scheduled; whether the meeting will take place online or on-site; the time remaining until the meeting.
- Meeting requests are treated as declined as long as they are not accepted.
c. Personal meeting scheduled:
- You can access your preliminary meeting schedule a few days before the event.
- The last one will be accessible the day before the event.
- This meeting schedule gives information about the time, people you will meet and provide the link for each virtual meetings.
d. B2B Sessions:
- You can check your meeting agenda online or via the b2match app.
- You can book meetings via the platform until September 28th (Day before the D-Day).
e. D-Day
- B2B meetings of 20 min
- Dedicated platform and link.
- At the agreed time, click on the Start Meeting button, which you can find in the participant's profile or the participant's meetings list.
- No previous software installation is needed, the meetings are integrated in the b2match platform.
You will constantly see the time remaining for their meeting. The displaying window will turn red once the meeting has ended. When clicking on the next meeting, the running meeting will end and the next one will start.
4. Plenary Session

Make sure you install the latest version of your browser and advise the participants to do the same.

- find out what browser you're using and if it is up to date
Plenary Session will be held through a digital tool (Zoom, Teams) which allows live-streaming.
Live-streaming is an online video format used to broadcast through Internet in real-time.
Through the live stage, your activity is simultaneously recorded and broadcasted through a streaming platform of your choice to your audience in real-time.
To access to the Sessions, please click on the "Join online Session" button.
When clicking on the join button, the preview of the meeting will allow you to check your camera and microphone. Under the Camera, Microphone and Output columns, you'll find the system's options.
Additionally, you can use the chat. As all the participants are able to control the layout and mute all the participants, so the organizers should recommend the usage of the chat during the session.
5. Streaming Sessions
You will find on a dedicated page with all the documents associated with the sessions including free download presentations.
